Push ups done and dusted for today

When i first started with Kristi in Septemeber last year there was little chance of me pushing out 3 push ups off my knees. I couldn't run the street and a training session was a mild form of punishment. My goal was to build strength and stamina, learn to live healthy and enjoy a work out. Being able to do 15 push ups was not part of my goal, but hey, i bloody well can do it. Our body's are amazing and our minds are strong

Dear Kristi,

I am sitting here now feeling so happy and inspired. It's only week two and i can't believe how different i feel already.

This great group of woman whom i don't know really well yet are so encouraging. It has give me such confidence. What you do for all of us is having such a huge impace, i just wanted to say thankyou. Joining up has been one of the best decisions i have made. I know i can't run to the end of Kristi street yet but by week 12 girls try and catch me :) :) :) :)
