           MUSCLE TONE

Weight training will add lean muscle mass, and boost your metabolism. Helping to drop body fat and give you sexy curves. It also improves bone density, increases your strength and improves quality of life.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

A strong core makes it easier to do many physical activities. It helps to prevent lower back injuries.

Pelvic floor muscles are a major muscle included. There are multiple muscles involved in having a strong midsection.
